Bulk Storage Facility
Petro Chemical's manufacturing facility consists
of a large multi-tank bulk chemical storage area, a fully automated
compounding department, full maintenance support and four highly
automated production lines.

Compounding
Department
The compounding department is very versatile having mixing vessels
ranging from 700 to 3,000 gallons. This allows flexibility of
run sizes from small to large. All chemical transfer lines are
dedicated to prevent cross-contamination.

Segment

The
production lines at Petro are also very accommodating, filling
both aerosols and liquid products. Liquid-fill containers ranging
from 3 fluid ounces to one gallon are produced. Containers for
liquid products may be selected from a variety of plastics,
aluminum or steel. Closure capabilities include screw caps,
child resistant screw caps, induction heat sealing, trigger
sprayers, finger pumps, and pull-tab can seaming operations.
Petro also has a unique method to prevent "paneling" often found
to be a common problem with liquid-fill products in plastic
containers. Labeling is pressure-sensitive for double-sided
or round containers.

Under-the-Cup
Aerosol Gasser
Petro's
aerosol capabilities include straight-sided and necked-in steel
as well as aluminum. Container diameters ranging from 45mm to
3 inches are offered. Container heights from 406 to 908 are
routinely filled at Petro. Any variety of valve and actuator
combinations can be accommodated. Overcaps of most varieties
are also applied. Labeling options for aerosol containers include
lithograph, paper, and economical film labeling capability.
Propellant choices include hydrocarbon, carbon dioxide, nitrogen,
nitrous oxide, 134a and others.

An
Assortment of Products Produced at Petro
In addition
to high speed on-line operations, Petro also offers specialty
packaging such as product kits that can be assembled in boxes,
shrink-wrapped or placed into an endless array of packaging
configurations. Special promotional packaging such as neckers,
stickers and inserts are also offered. Large containers including
drums and pails are available for professional and industrial
needs. Our storage facilities allow for ship-on-demand convenience.
