It
takes hard work and dedication to support customers.
At Petro Chemical our Technical support associates are ready
and able to demonstrate exactly how our products work. With
first hand knowledge, our support associates are only a call
away to render assistance on how to apply, or even correct an
application, of our chemicals. Going further, our technical
support center is able to custom design tools and applicators
to fit our customers specific needs.
Petro Chemical is committed to providing the highest level of
technical support possible by staffing a fully functional two-bay
research garage. This garage, staffed entirely by ASE Certified
Technicians, allows us the luxury of seeing first hand how our
products perform in real word applications.
In order for us to fully understand how our products will perform
in the real world we rely on the most up to date equipment available
to any service center. In our research garage two ASE Certified
Technicians perform stringent tests on nearly all of our products.
With over thirty-five years experience in the automotive industry,
our technicians combined with our quality assurance associates
are able to pin point a problem before it leaves our facility,
as well as advise once a product is in place.
